Built the visual, community and lifecycle system around the labs: event packaging, Space, weekly Founder OS showcases, YouTube, email and Telegram. Direct delivery is separated from programme-wide metrics.

A public R&D and publishing system for the personal AI OS space.

Signal radar → source-backed editorial pages → visual assets → distribution → search/GEO discovery. A live test of how structured knowledge gets found, used and improved. Public R&D system; discovery telemetry remains qualified rather than treated as an audience claim.
