I work where the thing is hard to explain, hard to trust or still too messy to run.

My work has moved through research teams, creator products, learning communities, service businesses and public R&D. The settings change; the move repeats: make an emerging idea legible, build the system around it, and give people a reason to enter.

I started in strategy and creative direction at bdc.consulting, where research became a practical route from insight to commercial trust. In Kyiv I co-built WAKA, a creator-led dating product. After moving to Lisbon, I worked on public programmes and future-community formats through FutureState and 404 Embassy.

More recently, that practice has become more operational and AI-native: community and lifecycle systems at AI Mindset; decision-grade marketing operations at Stay; and self.md, a live public R&D and publishing system for personal AI OS.

I am based in Lisbon and work across Europe. I care about ideas that can survive contact with an actual workflow.
